ROBERTA "Robby" PAUGA,
was born September 1, 1948, passed away peacefully on Sunday,
January 22, 2012.
With great courage and determination, she
battled against cancer for 10 years before joining her heavenly
family. Robby was a loving wife, mother, sister and teacher.
She devoted a lifetime of service to her family, church and
community including over 3 decades of teaching elementary
students and fulfilling various callings in the church. Despite
all her endeavors, she always put her family first. She spent much
of her time supporting her 3 daughters gymnastics careers and
traveling to spoil grandchildren. She is survived by her
husband Tony; her 3 daughters: Cassie (Kenny) Balser, Denice
(Steve) Fisher and Kirsten (Michael) Esselman; 9 grandchildren:
Jackson, Ashlynn, Breven, Isaiah, Caleb, Ellie, Rylen, Brighton
and Sarah; 3 sisters: Carolyn (Ken) Kimmel, Nancy (Robert)
Peterson and Pam Fraser; and 8 nieces and nephews and their
families. Predeceased by her son Eric Jason Pauga, parents
Alexander and Lillian Allison, grandparents, uncles and aunts. A
viewing will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012 from 7 8:00
p.m. ONLY at Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home, 703 13
Street N. Lethbridge. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday,
January 28, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints, COPPERWOOD CHAPEL, Keystone Terrace W. (Far
West end of Whoop-Up Drive), Lethbridge with Bishop Ryan Hall
officiating. Interment to follow at Archmount Memorial Gardens. In
Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer
Society, 317 10 Street South, Lethbridge T1J 2M7 on behalf of
Robby.
