It is with heavy hearts that the family of Susan-Anne Marie Mudrack announce her passing on Saturday, June 23, 2012, at the age of 46 years.
Susan leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, Zoe Mudrack and Rain Kuystermans; parents, Nick & Dell Mudrack; brothers, David Mudrack (Stephanie Gyorkos), Dennis Mudrack, James Mudrack (Crystal Ahlm), Thomas (Robyn) Mudrack as well as numerous extended family. A Celebration of Susan’s life will take place at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W., on Friday, June 29, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Father John Maes officiating.
