Our loving father, husband and dear friend passed away tragically on Saturday, July 24, 2010.
He is survived by his loving wife Debrah; daughter Tammy Lea-Anne (Trent and Ashton); son Michael Andrew (Mary Beth) all of Kelowna, BC; two brothers: Ed Hopman (Pat) of Calgary, AB and Jerry Hopman of Lethbridge, Alberta. Sadly predeceased by his mother Dianne Hopman, father Jack Hopman, brothers: Leo and Jack Hopman. A great man who gave so much of himself to so many, left us far too soon and will always be remembered. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 5th at 1:00 pm at Evangel Church, 3261 Gordon Drive, Kelowna, BC with Dr. Gordon Fletcher officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dutch Hopman Memorial and Scholarship Fund, c/o Kelowna Minor Hockey Association, 1420 Ellis Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 2A5.

I knew Dutch during my days in the Lethbridge Minor Hockey Assoc. Dutch was a referee, coach and Board member of LMHA, No one worked harder than Dutch . He was a good friend and a good man
